Pooja Shah
Business Mentor, Personal Mastery
Armed with a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Nottingham University, UK, Pooja Shah is a mentor who blends academic rigor with personal mastery.
She co-created India’s first Liberal Arts University, FLAME, and pioneered the Elite Leadership Program. At MIDAS, she spearheads operations and leads the Transcend Module to develop future-ready leaders.
M A Madan Kumar

With a career spanning global corporates, startups, and academia, Madan Kumar bridges industries with education.
He co-founded LogroSoft Technologies in the US, served as India Director for MKTron Group (Malaysia), and is now Professor of Practice at AdiChunchungiri University.
At MIDAS, he drives the mission to create entrepreneurs equipped for both scale and impact.
Shilpa Gowda
